Conference on ‘WeFightCC’, an initiative by Pune Police was conducted for all the representatives of the schools and colleges in Pune. Esteemed speakers were invited – Dr. Bhoosan Shukla & Smt. Nirali Bhatia on ‘Psychological implications and interventions in dealing with #CyberCrime‘, Smt. Riddhi Adhlakha, Head of Digital Marketing for TCS, Subi Chaturvedi, Head & Sr. Director of Public Affairs, talked on ‘Internet safety for kids & it’s effective use’, Rizwan Shaikh, gave ‘Demonstration on Cybersecurity’, Mr. Ravi Gupta who’s working with #GoogleIndia, got single platform to help participants to understand the menace of cybercrime and how they can deal with it.
Conference was held on 11th November 2017 where 683 teachers attended it from schools and colleges in Pune.
Police Commissioner Rashmi Shukla said in conference, “More determined steps towards preventing our children from falling prey to cybercrimes.” She also added, “Making our Future Digitally safe.”
This event was organized by Economic Offences Wing (EOW), Cyber cell of Pune with Sharda NGO and career corner. Following this teachers training programme was also held on 27th of Nov 2017, in which 260 teachers attended the certification programme on Cyber security by Google at BHAU institute of engineering, shivajinagar.
In this training programme teachers were provided with Cyber trainer Manual which is to be used for training students.

- Tools and software to deal with cyber crime
- Psycho-behavioral assessment
